Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in it's original packaging, we will refund your purchase. We will not be refunding any shipping and handling fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving your return.  You will receive an email when we process your refund.  Due to the nature of credit card processing, it can then take anywhere from 1-4 business days for the refund to show in your account.
  • We do not exchange products. We have found it most efficient to have you return unwanted items and place a new order for the items you do want.
  • If you received your purchase in damaged conditions, you must meet the following requirements in order to process the refund:
  • Check if the box was damaged by carrier
  • Refuse the package if possible 

Returns Process

  • If you don’t have the opportunity to refuse the package,  take a picture of the box your purchase came in so that you may include it in the email return claim for HTV Crafts Inc.
  • Compose an email stating your order information, name, address, date of purchase, purchase order, or you may also attach/include of copy of your purchase information.
  • Send the email to 
  • Take pictures of your damaged purchase, so that you include it in the email. Be sure to write a brief description of what the product is and the damages it contains.
  • If you received a product that does not match what your order says, (Ex: you ordered pink but received a different color ), Please email : , with a copy of what your order says and a picture of what you received.
  • If you are having trouble using the product you used or need assistance on how to apply it, you can also email , so that we may assist you or answer any questions you may have.
